**Theme: Software Development**

We will have different Problem Statements for the hackers to present their idea in form of the web apps, mobile apps or others. We expect teams to follow all the submission guidelines. The Problem Statements have been released

**Prizes** worth **20,000** for the top 3 teams and participation certificates for all the teams who submit.

**Submission Guidelines**

- The programmers can use open-source libraries to implement the project.
- They should start building their project from scratch after the release of the Problem Statement.
- If the repository is found to have any commit before the release of the Problem Statement, the team will be immediately disqualified.
- **Submit the GitHub link of your publicly visible source code** of the hack on Devfolio. Submissions with broken links will be marked ineligible for prizes.
- There must be **clear description of the working of the hack** in the README file. If the hack is live and can be tested, add the relevant links in the README file.
- Create a **short video demo** of the hack and upload it to YouTube or Google Drive. Make sure that the person watching the video is entirely able to understand what the bot does and what its functionalities are. Share the link on your Devfolio Submission.
- Submission must include a link to the deployed web or mobile app.

About this Hackathon

## Description

**PWA**, Progressive Web App in simple words is a website that works as if it is a mobile app. Users can use it without downloading it from any app store.
We all are familiar with the working of night canteens and haved waited in long queues for ordering the food. The main aim of this PWA would be to automate the process of ordering by the students, paying for their food where the canteen owners can accept the orders saving a lot of time.

### Specifications

There will be two types of users/groups that will have access to the application

1. Students and Faculties
   - Sign in to the app using **Google Auth**
   - See the menu for the night canteen which can be **filtered**. (Eg. Veg/Non-Veg, etc.)
   - Selecting an item should automatically add it to the **cart**.
   - Pay using **UPI**.
   
2. Canteen Owner
   - Change the daily menu.
   - Accept/Reject Orders.


Canteen PWA

## Description:
Create a Chrome extension that will give users 3 LeetCode problems to solve every day. Users will be directed to the LeetCode website and have to submit the solution. Also, create an appropriate backend server for judging and an admin portal for maintenance work.

### Specifications:
The Chrome Extension must allow the user to:
- Redirect to the LeetCode website after clicking on the problem.
- Automatically fetch submission results from the LeetCode website and send the status (WA/AC, memory, runtime etc.) to the server upon submission.
- Register through their E-mail, preferably using Google OAuth.

The Admin portal must allow the admin to:
- Add/Delete questions to the platform in bulk/selectively through UI and CSV.
- Change basic configurations like the number of questions etc.

The Judging server must:
- Assign ranking and rating to participants at the end of the day using some standard rating algorithm.
- Maintain a database to store all the metadata.


Daily DSA

## Description
This project aims to create a tool that takes the input of a C++ function and returns a pseudocode snippet written in LaTeX that can be used inside a LaTeX document.
## Specifications
A web application with a text area where the user can enter the function, hit a submit button, and get the output that can be copied for further use.
Include as much language support as possible and detailed documentation of all the accepted keywords and how they will get converted. Also, remember to convert the comments to LaTeX.
